I always wanted to own my own business. Early in my career I was able to take on a lot of responsibility by working for smaller companies. Working long hours for businesses that were experiencing rapid growth helped me build an understanding of what it would take to start Quality IP. In 2003 I decided that if I didn’t try now, I probably would never start my own company, so I went ‘all-in’ and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

During my first computer class in college I knew instantly that technology was the field for me. I couldn’t change my major fast enough and start learning more about computers, programming and networking. To this day I still love technology, and I couldn’t imagine working in a different field. Family and friends used to always say, “Pick a field you really love, because you’ll be doing it the rest of your life”. I am so thankful that I picked business technology.

Quality IP kinda picked me. As the company grew we needed help with customer service and managing people. Even though technology wasn’t my primary field, we found a way to make it work.  We needed a lot of help to grow the business and nobody else was willing to work for free. Just one of the many advantages of a family owned business. We care about our customers!  Our team is friendly, efficient, and gets the job done in a hurry.

I was always interested in technology from a very young age - taking apart electronics just to see what was inside.

I started working at Quality IP during early stages of the company because I thought it offered an incredible opportunity to build a company from the ground up and to gain experience in a career that is always evolving. I stay because Quality IP offers the highest level of customer service in the industry. Our staff is passionate about their work and is dedicated to keeping our customers’ technology secure, reliable, easy and fun to use.

I have always had a passion for understanding new technology. I have been a computer nerd ever since I received my first PC when I was 6 years old from the Make-A-Wish Foundation after I was diagnosed with cancer.

I chose Quality IP because it is a thriving local business in Kent that I wanted to contribute to. I was born and raised in Kent and love the area so it was the perfect fit.

I am happy for each customer that chooses Quality IP because I am confident that we can meet their technology needs and help their business grow. Not only do we fix computers, but more importantly, we help develop a workplace into a thriving business.

I was first introduced to a computer in 2000 and have been hooked on anything related to technology ever since.  I’ve always enjoyed working with it and like new challenges that it brings.

I pursued a career in the IT profession because I enjoy designing, building, and maintaining networks using the latest technology.

I started working for Quality IP as an Intern my last year of undergrad. After graduation, I was given an outstanding opportunity to become a full time Technical Consultant and couldn’t be happier with my decision to accept.

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have an excellent, friendly, customer service oriented staff and will treat each customer as a top priority. We ensure that all service requests are quickly responded to and completed in a timely manner.
