Helpdesk Technician

QualityIP is a ‘customer-focused’ technology company specializing in outsourced IT solutions. We design, implement and support business technology solutions to over 350 companies throughout Northeast Ohio.

We’re seeking technically proficient candidates with strong communication skills to join our rapidly growing company.

You’ll assist our senior-level staff with the design, installation and support of our customer managed networks. Knowledge of Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Office, Remote Access technologies, antivirus products and basic windows networking skills are strongly preferred.

Successful candidates work well in team environments. The ability to resolve IT issues and communicate the results in easy-to-understand terminology is strongly desired.
